Welcome to another week of highlights from the Art Journal Caravan! I’ve got some great picks for you this week, but please know that these are only a very few of the many pages posted in the Art Journal Caravan Gallery. If you’d like to see more of what these girls are up to take a moment to click over to the gallery and let the exploration begin.
I had so much fun last week, picking a couple extra pages I thought I would stick with that format. There were so many pages posted again this week that I picked a page from each day. Ready?
IT WAS A GOOD DAY by kayoft
I love how this page looks like journaling on a plain piece of paper and then as the eyes scroll down they meet the bird taking flight.
Finding Felicity by Shelabella
I chose this page because I loved seeing all that journaling. In this page the artist put so much of herself into her journaling and that is what this journey is bout.
beautiful by sbpoet
I like how the poem is slightly off centered and outlined. I also like all the paint and texture on this beautiful page.
Swallow Flying by Nevermore
This page, clearly, caries a lot of emotion. I felt the artist deserved a nod for being strong enough to express herself in such a bold way.
Something in Me by rarou47
I like the pretty colors here, it’s such a warming page. I thought the artist did an amazing job in the details, the page looks very realistic.
What lies behind by Zuzu
This is such a fun page! I like all the hearts and the painted wings behind the large heart front and center are so clever. I also really like the quote.
Being the Best by Karen46
All I can say is WOW!! I’m in love with this page. It’s so bright and cheerful. I like how she hid some of her journaling, brilliant.
Thanks for joining me for another week of highlights. Don’t forget to check in next Sunday for more great inspiration. Until then… I’ll see ya on the trail.
