Photo Masks + Paint + Bling

I’m very pleased to share with you today an Art Journaling Technique Feature demonstrating Studio Tangie products. Tangie, Rain, Ms. Mauk, and myself have created art journal pages using photo masks + paint + bling. Let’s get right to it!

Instructions

Here are simple instructions for using Photo Masks in PSE, from my former tutorial blog, (now closed.)

Step 1. Open your photo (or in art journaling you may use paper or glitter instead of a photo) in PSE.
Step 2. Select the photo mask you wish to use, and open it in PSE.
Step 3. Drag the photo onto the photo mask so that it is the layer above the photo mask.
Step 4. Select ctrl+g to clip it together.
Step 5. To use it in a layout, select Layer–> Merge Visible.
Step 6. Drag the photo onto your layout.
