AJC Highlights of Week 2

Welcome to another week of Art Journal Caravan Highlights.  The gallery is bursting at the seems with inspiration, pages that these amazing folks taking this journey have poured their hearts and souls into and they’re amazing!  I’m SO happy to be able to share a few pages with you each week, it’s such a pleasure.  Make sure to stop by the gallery though, you won’t want to miss a single thing, trust me!

Here are my picks for week 2:
Time–Word of the Week 2 by sthomas215
I very much enjoyed this page.  I like all the painterly effects and the grungy borders, it’s awesome!

I think that the artist really put a lot into this page, it feels very emotional and expressive.

This gal made me smile!  I love her expression, it worked really well with the Poetic License prompt of the week.

I really like the feel of canvas here, and the blend work is perfect!

AJC 2013 – Itinerary #1 – Cliffs of Dover by ecooper99
I thought this page was so dramatic.  The color effects are phenomenal.

Poetic Licence #1 by Artyparrot
Oh!!  A tag!  Isn’t this gorgoues?

AJ Caravan Pg 8 by Lynnise
I thought this was an extremely creative way to use the Poetic License prompt of the week.

Thanks for joining me for another week of highlights.  Don’t forget to check in next Sunday for more great inspiration.  Until then… I’ll see ya on the trail.
