Tutorial first! I shared this with the Art Journal Caravan folks, and thought I need to get this out to the public! This is an important tutorial!

I love to shop, and when I am in a store I go right to the mark down racks FIRST!
I didn’t even know there was a close out section in SCRAP stores?
Well in Tangie’s there is!
I put together this handy dandy tutorial for you to find it and use it!
first go to Studio Tangie
find the pull down menu under Categories
Go down until you see Close Outs <—or just click here and it brings you there also
There you go, lots of fun things at even funner prices!!
